About some Questions:
*What is the most common problem in Bogotá, Colombia, and at the world related to water?
At Bogotá: The problem is the contamination of the Bogota’s river. From the start of the river at the municipality of Villapinzon, the Bogota’s river receives pollution from various artisanal tanneries dump their wastes into the river. The solution of this problem is very difficult to solve, the policemen are trying for the people of that municipal don’t dump their wastes.
At Colombia: The problem is that all wastes of the people that make on their houses goes to the river by the sewers and doesn’t go to a water treatment plant so Colombia have a problem at the winter time this is call winter wave or also can be call rain season. This problem consists of an increase of water in all rivers and the river can get over flood very easy and this is dangerous, because the rivers of Colombia are contaminated, and people get ill after the over flood of the rivers.
The problem of the world: is when the people contaminate the ocean, rivers, lakes etc….. But all this produce the animals especially the sea ones die because the pollution at the water.
*Do we have any campaign to prevent the contamination of water? (Colombia)
Yes, one is for stop the waste of water this campaign consists of take shorter showers for not use many water, also when you are brushing your teeth close the water for save the water.
Another is to stop the bottled water, because is good, but is it for the environment? When they take out the water is not true that they don’t pollute the water, so they pollute the water when they do that and also are bad the bottles for the global contamination and finally the people throw these bottles to the sea and contaminate de water.
*Do we have any campaign to prevent the contamination of water? (School)
No, according to the survey we don’t have any campaign at school
*Which are the consequences of contaminating water?
If we contaminate the water we have the problem at winter of the raining season, also them cannot be water for drink, so we can die without water. Well not only the humans but also the animals the plants, it will be the end of the story at the Earth planet. Another thing can pass and is that the water could be transformed into toxic water and also we can die.

*which slogan is the best to promote heal the water and the importance of water?
-Don’t waste water because then you will be regretted.
-Don’t throw wastes to the sea or the fish will die.
-Don’t use so much water because then you will need it for drink.
-Without water we are nothing.
-Water is live so take care of it.

*How much water we have in our body?
A baby have to 75% to 80% of his body is water an adult have:
men: have to 60% to 65% is made of water his body.
Women: have to 50% to 60% is made of water his body.
The human bones are made a part of water; the amount is of 10% and 15% of water.
The brain has the 70% to 80% of water.

*How much water do you think is available to drink?
-This depend of the weight, the process is like divide the amount of pounds that you weight and you divide and covert into ounces.
Example: if you weigh 160 pounds you drink 80 ounces of water each day.
-But in general to all people, the human needs about 2 liter of water per day.

*How much water is fresh water and how much is salt water in our planet?
The planet have the 97% is salt water (sea oceans) and the 3% is fresh water (river, lakes, treatment plants).
*what problems are in South America?
First the marine dump, this makes the sea animals die. These items take different times to degrade:
- Cardboard – Takes 2 weeks to degrade.
- Newspaper – Takes 6 weeks to degrade.
- Photodegradable packaging – Takes 6 weeks to degrade.
- Foam – Takes 50 years to degrade.
- Styrofoam – Takes 80 years to degrade.
- Aluminum – Takes 200 years to degrade.
- Plastic packaging – Takes 400 years to degrade.
- Glass – It takes so long to degrade that we don’t know the exact time.
The second problem is Industrial waste is a type of waste produced by industrial activity, such as that of factories, mills and mines. It has existed since the time of the industrial revolution. This is a very contaminated thing.
The third problem is the radioactive wastes that are waste that contain radioactive material. This material is usually used by products of nuclear power and other nuclear technology, such as research and medicine.
finally all this pollutions of water makes the acid rain, this acid rain is like toxic and especially to the plants that they would be damage by the acid rain, but this acid rain is made up of all this contaminations and not only water also the global warming makes the acid rain.
-Hypothesis:
1. If we do not valued water now, one day in the future we will wish to have valued when it was enough.
2. But if we take care and value we will have water to life in the future and not only we also our songs if we have.
